EYE:  Lovely, luminous golden amber colour, good thick disk. Nice viscosity.

MOUTH: spices, cypress, candied orange peel, and cedar. An aromatically complex pallet. Warm and inviting. Nice persistence.

PROOF: 57,7 % Vol

RECOMMENDATIONS: Serve at room temperature with semi-cooked Landes foie gras, mature Epoisses cheese, chilli pepper flavoured chocolate, or a good- sized robusto cigar.
